Anyone? I am starting to get really frustrated with this thing. can't get it out of the mold any tricks would be appreciated.

OK I did one of those hurricane shells with a photo embedded today. This is the first candle I have ever made before. Everything went well until I had the hurricane shell cooling off and I remembered I didn't spray the mold with a mold release. any tips on getting it out when it is completely cool or isn't really not much of a problem.

I received a free 1oz bottle of Strawberry Fragrance Oil from Peak on my last order. It says the FP is 120deg. So how do I use this in a candle when the working temp is 180deg?

Does anyone here order FO from Saveonscents.com. I have have ordered Colognes & perfumes from them before but I have never ordered anything for use in candles before. Which concentrate do you recommend for candles? Or does it really matter. I was going to order the extreme.

Does anybody have any kind of color mixing chart. I can't find the correct colors I would like for some Luminaries. I am planning on using the Liquid Dyes from Peak.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone would give me some suggestions. I am going to be getting marries in May and would like to make a couple of candles for the Wedding cake table ect. I am wanting to make one of those hurricane candles with a embeded photo of our engagement photo with our wedding date.

Any suggestions would be great as I have never made candles before. I am going to place a order with peak this week so if there is anything I should get that isn't included on those info pages let me know. Also I read it isn't safe to melt wax in a double broiler on a gas stove. So how should I go about melting wax since my stove is gas.
