I created this birthday card for a collegue of mine. Used the paper quilling technique here.
To do :
- Cut out 3 windows on the top of the card, revealing the inner side of the card.
- Use a different color or a texture on the inside so that can be seen from the windows.
- draw the window border on the inside and create some creative designs in the area. so that when the card is closed, the designs can be seen from the windows.
Tell me what you think of the card and Do share in your quilling ideas.

I like the both the rangolis. The peacock design is really nice. Nice use of Color.
I would also like to add that such rangoli designs can also be done using colored Rice or colored Rock Salt.
Gift Envelopes

Here are some of my creations, hand crafted from wedding invitations, that i have received or were handed over to me by some of my friends.
Many a times we recieve these lovely invitation cards, which are often thrown away after the event is long over. So what i have done here is, i have created envelopes using these invitaion cards. These envelopes can be used as gift envelopes for gifting cash, gift vouchers etc.
So depending on the occasion you can pick a left over invitation card and add in some creativity.. and voila.. you have a lovely gift envelope ready.
