Funny I should read this today! I recently purchased one of their molds and today was the 1st time I had a chance to use it. I did notice the smell from the yellow mold when I unboxed a few weeks ago...hoped it would go away but my 1st set of soaps smelled just like it! Yuck! Please let us know what you find out...I will be calling them tomorrow!

I have had an Upland slab mold for about 7 months...Love it!!!!! I do have cut lines and they are straight & true! HTH!

Have you tried mineral oil? It really does help.

I tried a spray oil, which was what Jeff told me he uses when I spoke with him on the phone. I will try the mineral oil but just haven't had the time...

I have had nothing but problems with my LoganBear Mold (mine is a 12 bar of the discontinued HDPE). Still can't get the soap off the bottom; does NOT slide right off! I'm about given up on it and might have to drop another $100 on their new molds...depending on your results!
