I normally do CP and I always discount at about 40%(unless i have a tricky FO), and I am wondering if I can do a water discount in HP as well? Any thoughts? The reason I ask, the HP soaps I have been making are still coming out a bit softer than what I want. Am I maybe doing something else wrong?

I feel ya too. I had a show over the weekend and was trying to move older stock out and finally started giving a free product with any purchase and it worked. I too am reducing my product line to only my best sellers and custom orders. I like the fundraiser idea too.
