I'm not sure what scent but definitely will be bringing out the old presto pots this weekend. Not even sure what shape or jar or whatever, just going to be having a great ole' time.
-
That's pretty much how you're suppose to do it, however, some people use several presto pots and have different colors melted and all ready to go at the same time for each layer. I've got three that I use when making layers.
That's how I do it. I find this the easiest.

Those are beautiful and just perfect for the fall.

I use the prestos as well and never a problem. I think they are trying to avoid liability issues.
Thanks. That is good to know.

Did you buy the presto kitchen kettle? if so it's the right one!
Yeah, that's the one I bought. I really love it.
-
Yeah, I thought it might be something like that but wanted to hear it from someone else, just in case. Giggle! Thanks for your response.

And the instructions said not to use the pot for candlemaking or any other kind of crafting. Did I buy the wrong pot?
I used it for a small batch and everything went perfect. In fact, I liked it a whole lot.
Thanks for any info.

Those colors work so beautifully together.

Beautiful work, Michael.

Love it! Make a great Christmas gift.

Great candle - beautiful!

I use the tealight burner because I like the look and since I make my own tealights, I make the same scent as the tart it is burning to get a stronger throw.

Excellant & congratulations. Sorry can't help you with any soy questions.

I pour at 190 and get the results I like.

Your label is perfect. I also like a clean label.

Love the candle. What a great gift idea!

Great concept & best wishes!

A wonderful candle. I love chunkies. Even tho the chunks did not show as much as you wanted, it makes a statement.:highfive:

Great job! It does look jewel-like.

That candle is great. Don't toss it.

I'm moving some more boxes from storage. Maybe some shopping. Definitely some laundry & ironing ( and a little sewing). Dancing Saturday night. Church on Sunday morning. Hopefully a nap, maybe two.

Those are beautiful! They are the kind of pillars I make and sell most often. Keep it up.

I picture Tapestry a mixed color candle of yellows, browns, & reds. Maybe a chunk candle with small chunks. I picture Amazing Grace a very light blue. JMO!

Looking for a formula!
in Fragrance Discussion
Posted
Hi:
I am looking for a formula for lamp diffuser oils. Thought there was one posted in a thread some time back, but I cannot find it. It was a formula using 90% isoprophyl alcohol and fragrance oil (or maybe essential oil). Hope that someone can help me. I received a lamp for Mother's Day and have lots of candle fragrance oils that can be used, if I can find the formula. Thanks for any info.
