I love the magnetic clasps, simply because I have such a hard time closing my bracelets without the help of DH...but I also love the look of the toggles.

I guess it depends on what kind of piece I am making...girly or charm bracelets get a toggle while the softer more classic looks get the magnetic....

I LOVE the wooden roses!!! Your arrangement is downright gorgeous!

My daughter went to the Renaissance Festival this past year and bought me a bouquet of them. I think she said a dozen of them costed her $5!!!

The smell faded, but she went back with her perfume and resprayed them...IMHO, these are better than the real thing!

I am a tad bit confused...real shocker there...but is Harvest Time (the label on your soy candles) like a product line name or a company name?

Also...after reading all of the other threads :lipsrseal ...I totally agree with some of the other posts. If I was Suzie Internet Shopper, I would be comletely lost as to what it is you are selling to the general public...meaning you have candles for sale, but then within the same table of contents, you have candle and bnb supplies for sale. This is merely my opinion, BUT....do you want your regular line customers seeing how to and what it costs to make these products??? It's sort of like giving away the family recipe and IMHO like shooting yourself in the foot.

If you have the business sense that you say you have, keep one website for your product line which is available to the general public and then make a separate site for your product making supplies....come on, chickie doo...you don't want give away all the secrets to the general public!!!! Chin up, and move on...look at it this way, you got total honesty in the replies!

Gotta admit, kudos to them for being able to do it...sux for the rest of us "small taters" who simply enjoy making candles, tho!

Here is what the main patent states...BTW, it shows to be filed 06/99

A decorative candle comprising a container that defines an interior chamber. Disposed within the interior chamber is a candle core sized relative to the container such that a cavity is formed between the candle core and the container. At least one component is disposed within the cavity in abutting contact with the candle core and the container. The component is encapsulated by a mixture that has a melting point lower than the candle core and the component such that neither the candle core nor the component melt when the molten mixture is poured within the cavity. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the candle core is a paraffin wax candle core and the mixture is a paraffin/petrolatum mixture. Furthermore, the component may be a gelatinous component formed from a mineral oil gel.

This might be an ignorant ?, but how is a patent able to be obtained when the finished product contains ingredients that already have a patent...ie gel wax?

Been using them for 4 years...they are my main supplier. Oils are great, and their customer service is excellent...
