  1. Hmmm, I've spent the past month pouring more than a dozen different scents into the 1-oz. and 2-oz. cups with no problems at all, and they are a "Dart" brand with a number 2 on the larger and no number at all on the smaller. But I'm using a para-soy container blend, poured fairly cool over chunks. I wonder if that's the difference? They seem to be working just fine so far, with no degradation and no loss of scent. I haven't poured any vanilla, though.

  2. Okay, I emailed them, then figured it wouldn't be enough so turned up the volume on my phone and called, too. The lady was very nice and apologetic, and explained they are currently spending big bucks to fill up their stock room so that they will be able to fill orders faster from now on, starting next month. At any rate, they did cancel my order for me... and I'm still not interested in working with them after hearing absolutely nothing back for 2 weeks after ordering, then emailing twice more. Hopefully they will operate better in the near future, but I did let them know that I heard from a couple of people on a forum who were no more impressed with their service thus far than I have been.

    Thanks again.

  3. Ah, thanks, Folks. Good to know. Wish I'd checked here before I ordered from them! :undecided Maybe I'll see about canceling the order... if I can reach them. I'm hearing impaired, so calling them isn't an option, unfortunately.

Thanks again for the info. Too bad they apparently operate so poorly. :undecided

  4. Okay, thought I'd found one and ordered a few, but it's been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear anything from them. Have emailed them twice, and still no word back on my order (which has also not be charged to my cc yet, so I dunno if they even got the order or not).

I have a few links to suppliers of some fairly plain ceramic melters, but I'd love to find another supplier for more country/primitive style ones. I already get nice tin ones from Colonial and love them. But I'd like to add some ceramics to my line. Post here or PM me, please? Thanks so much! :grin2:

  5. I'd love to hear what each of you do for packaging your votives, both individually (if you sell them that way) and in multiples. I'm working on major changes to my site, products, product line, etc., and I'm trying to come up with better packaging for my candles & tarts. I think I've worked out everything now except the votive packaging. Can't decide what would be best. I don't think I want to use shrink wrap, so I'd love to know what else you all do (and packaging suppliers' links would be great, too!). Thanks!

  6. Gosh, I'm sorry for those who have had problems with them. I 've had my PayPal account for around 4-5 years now, and I've never had a single problem with them. In fact, I ONLY accept payments processed through them now (I've had way too many problems in the past with mailed checks and even money orders). I just love PayPal!
