I need to order wax. it is cheaper by the case with shipping than it would be to just order 1 or 2 slabs. Anyone want to split this?
Sorry if this is in the wrong spot.

I've found that WSP's reed base diffuses too quickly. It also hase an alcohol smell to it, so that must be the reason why it doesn't last very long.
I like to use hexalene glycol for my base. It's not as heavy as DPG, no alcohol, works great and lasts longer than WSP's base!
Would you mind sharing where you bought your hexalene at?

I'm sorry. I'm talking The candlemakers store.
-
how are they in soy or soy blends?
TIA
-
I have had good luck selling these. I add pomergranets, chili peppers and wild apples to some of mine.
You can also tie the ends together to form a wreath.
-
I guess I will be the odd ball.
Tarts:
Tuscany Herb
Indian Summer
Christmas Pear
Wickless:
Lemon Biscotti
Christmas Splendor
Pumpkin Spice

OMG, those are so pretty. I just love the colors.

What size bags are you needing?

I'm still testing the 4627 but as someone said " wicking is hell". I'm going to be testing Farmhouse 50/50 next week.
I love Greenleafs 70/30. Great scent throw and easy to wick with.
-
have you tried candlesoylutions.com

Darbla: No I don't hun. I do have a plain vanilla now tho Have not tested it in soy yet tho. You know how vanillas can be with soy. I have lots of new ones I need to test or send out to test - more like it. LOL
These are a different manu. then my normal, so hopefully they will throw as well in soy. I wish soy wasn't so darn picky
New ones? How about a hint?:smiley2:

I am so sad...I am getting a fuel smell with the lemon biscotti:sad2:
That's in palm...anyone else get this?
I am so bummed because I LOVE this one OOB...but there's always tarts and wickless, right???
Gonna pour some creme brulee tonight!!
This is fantastic in 4627. Everyone in my DH office is in love with this scent. I have orders for 8 wickless candles.

Has anyone seen he square Langley Candle Co square jars? They look just like the 8 oz. square mason jars but 1/2 shorter and about 1/2 in smaller around?
I want those jars. Anyone know where I might be able to find them at or who makes them?
I bought 12 at krogers for 10/$10 but ended up paying .60 ea. I had to have the manager look at the candles and explain that they were unsafe. The wicks were not attached to the container and most wicks were right next to the glass.

Those are so cute.

How are the f/o? What type of wax did you use?
Thanks,
-
The vanilla latte is awesome! Winterwillow, can you describe the blueberry? Is is straight berries or a floral type?
Straight berries, but I don't care for it as much as Blueberry Muffin.
-
That helps. I have the awsome lemon biscotti. Blueberry is curing now. It has a good cold throw. I still have to use the holiday spice and christmas pear. Both OOB are strong.
-
Has anyone tried these in candles? What type of wax did you use?
1. Apple orchard
2. Pearberry
3. Raspberry Burlee
4. Herbal
5. Juniper Breeze
6. Holly Berry
7. Fall Harvest
8. Wash day
9. Tulip
10. Apple Dumpling.
11. Yuletide
Thanks, Lori

Thank you. I'm going to order LS Zincs.
-
OMG, I'm in love with the Lemon Biscotti. The scent is amazing. This one is a keeper.
-
For those who use this wax, do you use Low smoke zinc wicks? I finally got the the hot and cold throw that I wanted, but I also have soot and mushrooming.
TIA,
-
From my own experience it is pretty much hit or miss with them.

I used to just love pine cones (well....I still do)....but I live in a city that actually has to put signs up that say "Watch out for falling pine cones".....really funny. Everyone here decorates with them. They scare the heck out of me when the hit our metal roof. Sounds like a bomb going off (smile)... I probably should sell them on ebay. We have millions of the large sized ones. Might just have to dip a few this year. Donita
Let me know if you sell some on ebay. All I can find around here are really small ones.
