  1. I have been making bath and body products(lotions, butters, massage oils, cp soap) for years now for me and my family. A co-worker tried my stuff and loved it and passed it on to a spa owner. Now she would lilke to try my products in her spa. Long story short, I have made the samples that she wanted to try in her spa and want to get them labeled. I have been trying to come up with a business name this past week and I am at a loss!

I would like something with skin, dermal, nourishing, nutrient, or anything tropical sounding or playing on my initials (B & P). Maybe even B & P Originals or Coconut Palm (something). I use tamanu oil in my lotion and thought of incorprating that in the name too somehow. I am all over the board on this and am open for anything you guys can throw at me!

I mainly want something that sounds a little upscale but a little in the middle as well. Please help me!

    Thanks you guys!:smiley2:

  2. Hello to all. I seen a milk bath recipe that calls for powered milk, cornstarch, baking soda and fo and was wondering what the basic ingredients for a milk bath are...besides the milk powder obviously? I am thinking of getting rid of the baking soda and cornstarch and putting in other powders, maybe like yogurt powder but since I am new to milk baths, I don't know what is essential ingredients in them? Looking to spice it up a bit!:grin2:

  3. I do still need to add to it. I did want to add links to my candles listed on the right side of the site. All the things you guys are talking about I have contemplating on fixing. I cant get rid of that stupid navigation bar either. I think I just need to throw in the towel and upgrade my account. There are too many options I don't have access to under my current account. And those darn pop-ups!!!

  4. Good point about the oils and butters. I am planning on getting all the little bugs with it worked out in the next few days. The pop ups are very annoying I know and I cant get ride of 'em. My camera is not too good and it bugs me that there are some pics on there that I know could be better. I am so new to this and am learning web design as I go. It's been crazy and challenging but I do like challenge. Thank you all for the feedback. I welcome it with open arms.

    :wink2:

  5. Hello. I think that sugar scrubs look really nice in a jar. I use plastic jars (better for people in the shower environment in case it is dropped) and mine are 8 oz. Being that water will likely be introduced into the mixture, you would need a preserv., something like Liquapar Optima. Check Bunny's perserv. post on top of this forum. It has beneficial info on preserv's.

  6. I was wondering how much of this I should use for my recipe. My recipe is for 32 oz. of lotion. I will probably have to post recipe, right? Well, here it is

    8T shea butter

    3T almond oil

    4T oo

    3T emu wax

    3T Liquid glycerin

    3C aloe vera

    Please help!:grin2:
