That's freakin beautiful! I seriously love it. I don't even know what Karma smells like, but I really would buy that soap if I saw it & hated the smell just cause it's so beautiful!
*is extremely jealous*

I noticed that L*ush has stuff like yogurt & bananas & avacado etc in their soaps. I don't make soap myself but I was wondering...how do they do that? Doesn't it go bad after a while? It looks like their soap is M&P too.

^ It's a little high, but I can't seem to find one that doesn't have a high set up fee, and for the one's I could find that don't, Propays rate is 3.5% + $.35 each transaction, & paypals is $20 a month.
What do you use for a merchant account?

I can't tell you enough how much I love Scent works. I use it for mostly B&B though, so I'm not real sure on all the scent throws when burned. I haven't ever recieved something I didn't like there.
-
Oh, haha thanks! So, it's really just $7.99 a month + the 3.85% fee? That sounds awesome! Can you use it through your website though - I use mal's cart - could I work the touchpay into it? (for example, get their cc info & then just call the info in)

(click on the banner, there is a special link for CT members to get a discount)
I'm really interested in them, but I don't know if I'm missing something. Where can I find the banner? :DThanks

I've searched the boards but I can't quite find the answer to my questions. I'm looking for info on labels for b&b products...
I have an inket printer. I know they have waterproof inkjet labels, but do they really look as good as a label printed on waterproof laser labels? Can they hold up to being in the shower for a long time or if oil got on them?
OR I was thinking about buying *laser* waterproof labels, and taking them to a Kinkos type place to get them printed there. Has anyone done this?
I really appreciate any and all help

The number one thing that will help pics load fast is to resize them on Photoshop or a similar photo editor, and not resizing them by outlining the parameters in your HTML.
In other words, if your picture is 640x480 pixels and you want a 120x100 pixel picture on your website, resize it to 120x100 before you upload it to your host. Don't take the 640x480 and resize it to 120x100 in your page code, because your picture will still load just as slowly as a 640x480 picture (because technically, it still is one).
Thank you for posting that! I know I hate it when I can see a picture that I can tell they resized on the website - the quality is worse and it takes forever to load.

I have an 8 ounce bullet bottle and want a label that would be this size on it....what size should I get?
Thanks so much!

my husband had another idea... like this one... if it's not taken...
Dakota Candle Works
is available on go daddy, searched my "state" and didn't find anything-but their site isn't like some of the others... so have contacted the licensing dept to find out what all i need to do...

I looked @ this thread earlier and couldn't think of anything, but I *really* like that name! I hope it works out for you!

Has anyone tried this "Melt & Pour Cold Process" soap from Brambleberry? (http://www.brambleberry.com/stephenson, go down a little ways) I'm very new to CP soap making but wanted to give it a try (just to play around with) and was thinking about getting this at first but wanted to see if anyone had used it before. Thanks!
-
Could you package it in cello wrap? Or does it need something more substantial if it melts? I have no idea what temp they melt at or anything, so forgive me if that sounds stupid...
And what is in the Lush jellys that makes them jello-y? I looked at the ingredients and can't figure out what would keep it firm

Does anyone know where I could find a clear/"natural" bottle similar to this?
I think they're a lot easier to use for lotion than the bullet bottles I've been using, but I can't find any for the life of me!

Awesome! Sounds great, I'm excited to order, all of her scents sound so good. Thanks!

Is there anything I could use in place of SLS in bubble bars?

I really want to order about 30 of Just Scent's 1 oz samples, but I noticed it says to list several alternative scents for if they are out of stock on any...has anyone ordered the samples here and gotten other scents than what they ordered?
I'm really interested in so many of her scents but I don't want to order if I'm going to get a bunch that I don't want

Just wondering, are you all using the one from Kangaroo Blue? Has anyone tried the Brambleberry FBB? Thanks!

I'm desperatley looking for a liquid soap base...not really to sell but more for my family & as gifts. It doesn't have to be the liquid soap, maybe a shower gel without SLS...I've searched the boards but didn't really find a whole lot on where to get it. Anyone have any suggestions?
Also...dumb question...castille soap...how does it do for scenting and coloring? I know it's a light amber color naturally, but I just find it so ugly :DIs there any coloring i could add to it that would blend with the amber color?
Thanks so much!!

OMG! I loooove it. That is so cute and I want to eat it. Do you have a website you sell slices on or anything?
-
How cute, esp for just a dollar! Those would be great with a pumpkin pie FO, mmm!

Looks great! I really like it. I think it would look wonderful with some color like you said. Maybe just one or two colors to stand out. It's very pretty, good job!!!
