  1. Hell yea, I would take it back! Then I would use that candle to show my customers that I take care of them no matter what and not how to abuse a candle.

Our company policy is take back anything for any reason, or no time limit period.

Example: This week customer returned spiced cranberry jelly jar candle, says it didn't smell as strong as mason jar, same fragrance. Qucikly unquestionably gave her another candle told her to keep other candle but burn it longer (candle obviously not burned long enough to form decent melt pool) Customer very happy and makes another $100.00 + order.

  2. Food exports keep our economy going and soy prices are pure supply and demand no matter who is president. Price controls never have worked only leads to shortages. Solar, wind and hydrogen will not help much too little too late. More drilling (we have plenty of oil) nuclear and coal are the answer to energy independence. Lead on a few toys have nothing to do with the problem.

  3. The reason soy prices are going up is not because of the small demand candle makers are making, it's the huge demand ethanol is making. Have you noticed the price of food lately? It is not just the price of gasoline it is the price of our basic food commodities. Corn, soy and sugar is all used to make ethanol.

    Sorry for the bad news.
