Htp can be quite nice in many waxes. They often lean and curl like many other coreless wicks, but when you figure that part out you should Be able to make a nice candle.

Hi does anyone use HTP wicks? I am very very new, not made any yet, but having been reading loads. Because I am from the UK I may not be able to get the wicks that you all take about but I have found a supplier that sells HTP which they say is a good choice for candle makers in the USA. 😀

Welcome!
The biggest challenge will be finding ingredients and wicks that are common between our two countries.
Yes I know but I will enjoy reading all your views and just test, test and test more xx

Hi I am from the UK and new to this forum. I have been making soap for friends and family for about 6 mths and want to start making some candles. I was recommended this forum by a soap maker and was told it’s the best place to learn. I look forward to meeting you all, hearing your fabulous tips and learning from from you all. 😀
