I wish I could get the hang of choosing colors that go well together.
I think those colors go great together. I love your candles.

This is my first layered pillar. I like how one side looks, but the other side... yuck. I posted a couple of different angles, FWIW.
The pic below is of the side I don't like. Next to it is a just a votive that I made with the leftover wax.
Thanks for looking,

The contrast between the black and the mottled top is wicked. I just love it.

I just love that blk & white marble.

What temp did you add your FO? Even though you're pouring at a cooler temp, you'll still want to add your FO at around 175-180.

oooh, I really like this one.

I'm not too crazy about the whole winter thing but I sure do love those gBread men. Nice work!

I love how creamy your candle looks. I've used a similar shade when I've made fruit slices but have never gotten it to look that creamy. What wax are you using?

Your candle has me turning green with envy. I just love the colors and how you've made the corners draped. Lovely.

I just love the pastel colors of your votives. They look delicious. Your hex collection is very impressive too. Just beautiful.

Lavender
White tea and ginger

One of my favorites.
You must be excited; I would be if I were you. I started making pillars a few months ago and was so giddy I couldn't stand it. LOL, neither could my family. Good luck.

Thank you for all of your kind comments. I was kind of nervous to post the pics because I've only been doing pillars for a few months.

pink sugar..my fav..ok one of my favs..I have way to many..
Me too. Just when I think I've found the best scent in the world, I'll smell something else and if I had to choose a favorite, there would be about 40 on my list.
I like 3 wickers..those are my favs to burn as far as pillars are.
This is the first one that I've actually gotten to burn properly. Every other one I've made has tunnelled. I'm about a third into it now and keeping my fingers crossed.

They look awesome. You've inspired me to give layered pillars a try.

If anyone has found a good place to get these, please share with me! Thanks in advance!
You could try http://www.specialtybottle.com
I think their prices are reasonable, customer service is great and everything I've ever ordered from them has arrived unbroken.
Good Luck,

I noticed last night that my pot of 4625 was cloudy. Usually I just dip from it, but had pulled it closer and tipped it to put the whole thing on the scale. When I did, I got a good look in it. The cloudiness isn't even like a fog, more like hundreds of small clouds, and it was suspended throughout. I'm wondering if this could have something to do with my fingernailing/bubble problem lately. Also what caused this. Has anyone ever seen this before?
Although I don't know what causes it, I have seen it before, but under different circumstances:
Not in the pouring pot but in my containers while burning. Several times when using 4627 and 6006 after I have a full MP. I also saw it last night with 4786.
I've never seen it with the 4625 but have had a lot of fingernailing in my pillars myself lately.
