  1. I'm sure that this has been addressed in this forum infinity x 2. There are so many fragrances out there it can be overwhelming for someone who is just starting out. But what are the best scents to start selling? I'm looking for maybe starting with 5 or 10 scents to carry all the time and then doing 5 or 10 rotating ones as the seasons change. I'm sure this changes regionally as well too. Any help would be appreciated.

  2. I am not new to candle making. I have been making candles for over twenty years. But they are for religious use and are not scented. It is a family business started by my grandfather in the 60's and I am the third generation to go into it (not often you hear of a 3rd gen. candle maker). We had made scented candles 15 years ago but stopped because the market has just become inundated with product. Now I am trying to bring it back. A lot has changed in the scented industry in 15 years. New waxes, new wicks, scents out the whazoo, it's all very overwhelming. I have been looking over this site and have found some very useful information. I figure I might as well sign on, introduce myself, and see if I have any info to share with others.
