I noticed a lot of people enjoy the Toasted Marshmallow. Can you tell me if this is just a Sweet Vanilla? I'm looking for a Toasted Marshmallow that has the toasted note also. Has anybody tried the Bonfire Bliss? Based on the description, sounds like it has more of the toasted note than the Marshmallow one. Thanks!

Thanks, but can't find any links to their site.

I use to get a True Orange Fragrance oil for candles from Royal Aromatics. I've noticed they've changed their name to Trilogy. Can smaller businesses still order from them or is there a large minimum or does anybody know who carries Trilogy's "Orange" oil?
TIA!

So next time, stay away from FD&C in M&P when embedding into CP soap. Unfortunately, no LIME in this oil, but great idea!
Thank You!

Caramel Fudge Cake is awesome and you can't beat the price.

BC is a dupe to NG for the Spiced Cranberry too.
I would love to know why his happens!! I still haven't figured it out..
I think it must be from a certain spice the manufacture use in the oils.
As you said, it is not a normal occurrence, and it is not limited to NG.
I've had similar situations with oils in the past and I've found that everytime I have an oil that has "clove" in it, the flames struggle to stay lit.

Just finished testing the Pumpkin Marshmallow and it's a great thrower in soy. Very nice aroma.
Just finished pouring the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll, will keep you posted on that one. One thing I can say about this oil, as soon as it hits the melted wax, you definately get the distinct smell of pumpkin.

Thanks So Much!

Anybody know of a place that carries the same Asian Spice oil as Pier 1?
TIA

I've never tried one of Gold Canyon's Candles but I have tried JS's version of Gingerbread House and it's really nice.

Hi Callie,
I don't wait 24 hours for my candles to cure before testing so here are the stats...
1 oz. of Buttermilk Pancakes (Bubbles N' Lites) to 16 oz. of soy wax.
Poured f/o into soy at 160 degrees.
4" round jar with (2) HTP73 wicks.
Burning Approximately 2 hours now in a 900 sq. ft. area and it smells wonderful.
CT was great, but HT is ever better.
Don't hesitate to order this oil for use in soy wax. It performs nicely!

I have that oil and will make a candle today to inform you of the scent throw in soy.

Very nice! We stripped the carpet from our shop and put in cheap tile. When you spill wax, it can easily be scraped up with a paint trowel.

Tell them this "if you want QUANTITY, keep shopping at K-Mart, if you want QUALITY, these are our prices".
See if they write you back.

A Canadian Supplier carries it...www.canwax.com and it ROCKS in soy wax. Hot and cold throw are amazing. IMO, it's better than chocolate chip cookie.

Ok, I just came here to post about this very thing and there was already a post about it! LOL! I was testing this scent in pure soy and I kept thinking, 'what smells like fish in the house'...gross...then my husband came upstairs and says "what smells like fresh fish?" Yep, it was this candle. When burning it stinks just like fresh wet slimy fish! Gag! Atleast now I have a good scent to make candles for my son to take out to the fish house with him!!! Ewww...its really weird how the cold scent is a nice cucumbery, citrusy type scent but boy when its hot, look out...fishey!!!
Maybe you all got a BAD Batch or something as I just received this a few days ago and have been burning my soy candle all day. To me it smells like a cucumber lime cilantro. Mine has no fish smell at all.

I purchased that oil a few years ago and it's always been like that...very thick...but good!

Has anyone tried Pineapple Paprika? It sounds really good...
Kyme
The PP is really good and quite the unique scent. It throws wonderfully in soy you don't need much. IMO...1 oz pp is enough.

Vanilla Bean Noel was our biggest seller overall with sex on the beach very close behind. Roasted Chestnuts, Twigs & Berries, Sweet Orange Pomegranate and Cranberry Orange Spice were the hits for Christmas.

I tried Buttercream from New Directions and I'm sure it works great in B&B, but in soy, there isn't a hot or cold throw from it.

Iced Cinnamon Roll from NG.
