Where's a good place to purchase diffuser bottles? Right now, the only bottles I have are the clear Boston rounds, 4 oz.

Etsy is a great place to get started. Sort of a bridge to a website as they take care of a lot of things for you. A website is more cost effective for me.
I spend nothing on advertising. I agree that I would not pay for advertising on Etsy!
Start a Facebook Group (either instead of or in conjunction with) a FB page. Use Instagram as well. ALL free!
My Facebook Group is about 2,000 people who did not just hit like, but joined the group. I do giveaways there and drive those customers (they are not my friends and family) to my website. Less than 5% of my sales are local.
I did a few artisan events and quickly learned that in-person events are not for me, despite my outgoing style.
Try a few things and decide which is best for you and what you prefer!
Justajesuschick: what types of products do you carry, candles or more of the B&B type products? I think I'd rather have my own site as well, so just trying to get an idea of which types of products work for online sales versus in-person, market type sales. My interest is in B&B products.

If we purchase a base lotion and add fragrance/oils to it, is that considered "hand crafted?"

Thanks for the replies, guys. Very helpful!!

I'm new to selling soaps and bath products, so I'm wondering: where do you guys sell your stuff? Have you found success with your own website or other online sites, such as Etsy?

Yes, I like it. What base do you use for the room spray and where do you purchase good room spray containers?

Yes. For the perfumes, I've been using the Liquid Silk base from Save on Scents. Have you guys used that in any of your consumer products?

I'm interested in selling the products that I make. Not sure which would sell better: bubble baths/ shower gels or spray perfumes. Do you guys have an opinion on how these do in the market? I want to start small since I'm the only one making the product.
I'm new so I apologize if this is common knowledge that I'm unaware of. Thanks.

Thanks. I will check there. I'm trying to find more unique-looking bottles and not something so ordinary as the ones I have now.
