Great, you have been a big help, thanks!

Thanks, I am kinda stupid when it comes to this stuff. So, any kind of wax that is made for votives or pillars, is this because it is harder? I really appreciate your help!

What I am wanting to do I know entails using flexible molds but I am not sure which wax to use, coloring, how to scent and so on. I am not looking to just do something to the outside of a pillar candle but rather to make tarts. Thanks for the link though.

Need some help here please...I am trying to figure out how to make Grubby or Primitive Tarts. I do not know where to start, I looked for instructions online but have come up empty handed. I know to use molds but I have no idea what wax to use or how to do it...any help would be appreciated. I am just wanting to make them for my own use.
Thanks,
Connie

C8627...Veggie / Paraffin (Container) pellets/beads...from NuScents is what I have. Does anyone know anything about this, or have you used it?
Thanks!:smiley2:

Thank you all for your help and Welcomes. I am hoping that I can make a go of this.
I guess I need to do some more investigating before I start but you have helped and I appreciate it greatly!

Hi, I recently got some wax in pebble/bead form and I plan to make candles in 4 oz. baby food jars to begin with. I was wondering how much wax to use to make like 4 candles. I am totally unsure how to measure this for use. Help please...and then how much scent oil to use. I love candles but this is my first attempt at making them.
Help.
Thanks!
