I bought wax coated dixie cups last year and I still have 3/4 of the package left! When I am done with them, will buy a shotglass or metal cup to replace them. I also use wax paper to cover my scale while measuring FO and across my workarea!! FO does not eat thru this and it's easy clean up, throw it away to clean up....

Those are beautiful, great for 1st time! I have on my list to try to make a layered candle and hope they don't bleed!!!

If your looking for Polyurethane and or Silicone molds you might want to look at http://rosescandles.com they have several different types of molds.

I have ordered from them once and they were great, I love the molds.

I have also bought from www.flexiblemolds.com to on ebay, the molds that have slight imporfections. I use them all the time.

Both. mix half paraffin and half pillar or votive or as much needed to get the tart to pop out of mold.

Aaah, yes, Diptyque. I hope to be their competitor in 5-10 years!! LOL I clicked on the Oyedo candle, and the pic shows the container with big wet spots! $48 should buy a PERFECT candle, IMO.

omg.. they sure do have wet spots, oh that's a no-no for luxury! I guess since they are made from "France" makes it seem more luxury - not! just go to Pier One, LOL plenty of imports there!!:rolleyes2

I don't care how rich I get, I would never!!!!! I used to be a huge fan of Bath and Body Works and my hubby would fuss at me for paying 20.00 for a "silly" candle :rolleyes2

btw, Target candles sucks! totally tunnels/wax hangups, yuk!

The reason I said jelly beans is bc I have the mold for them and I would like to add them to my candles (on top)... I guess maybe cherry or lemon?

where are you guys located? I'm in Louisiana too. I buy my wax from them. I never went to pick it up bc they require a 75.00 minimum but since the shipping is so cheap I think the gas would even it out LOL! I buy my wax from them and have tried some FOs but since they do not have scent descriptions, I can not tell what they are.. I have emailed them twice for help on what scent descriptions and never hear back....
