  1. Same  as scented...I poke mine about how she does.  I poke 4 holes around wick...probably 1/2 inch off of it give or take.

Thanks everyone. I spoke with my supplier today and was told I do not need to poke holes around the wick. I was told to pour at 195 200 that is only 5 degrees difference than I am currently pouring? I will try it. If it happens to not work I will try the holes around the wick. Just when you think you have it *shudder*

  2. I am testing a new wax and was wondering about the burn pool on this candle. I am using a CD-8. I guess this will be a silly question are all CD-8's the same. I was ordering from C&S and I am trying the wicks from B_ _ _ _ R C_ _ _K. It has been burning for 2hrs and 40 min.

  3. I just got my Presto pot. I went out today and got the things I needed to add the spout to it. I was quite nervous to add it to begin with as I paid 60.00 Canadian for it. We have to get them from the U.S because we can no longer get them in Canada. Maybe I should just keep it as is and hopefully I will not get the flaking... I love this sight it has helped with a lot of questions. Thanks everyone!!!!

  4. As a newbie to high preforming wax. I was attracted to try IGI J225 Super wax. I was wondering if anyone gets sink holes using this wax (even though it is supposed to be a 1 pour wax). I heat the wax to 200 add colour and Fragrance then pour at 190. I hear lots of people using heat guns for smoothing out issues. When doing a second pour with this wax do I have to pour at 190 again or should the temperature be lower?
