Thank you all for the responses on this wax. I don't have alot of time nor money to spend on testing a wax that is going to give me a fit. I guess Joy wax spoiled me rotten, because of all the waxes I've tried, I keep going back to it.

Anyone still using Joy wax? I haven't purchased a case of it in about 10 months now, but do remember having cracking and frosting issues with the last case that I did buy. Any in put on Joy that has been purchased more recently would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,,,Portia

Does anyone know of a US Natural Wax Manufacturer that uses renewable or sustainable farming methods?

In other words, Cargill would be a bad wax for this account...for the way they do business in S. America and Indonesia, not renewable or sustainable farming methods

SOS has a Casmir (W) Chopard [Type*] and sells in small oz amounts.

Not sure if it's the same, but they sell some RA oils.

I think I once saw it described on a fundraising site as 'An enlivening blend of coconut, pineapple and banana.'

I thought the new minimum was minimum 5lbs per scent.

I have a request for a Body Shop Dupe White Musk for lotion. WSP use to have it but I don't see it on the website anymore.

I personally don't like musks, but I did smell the Body Shop's and it wasn't bad - very light and clean.

Anyone know where I can find a dead on dupe?

Ok....I may be nuts but I really love palm wax and am in the mood to play today. Has anyone ever tried making a hurricane with Palm wax?

Have you ever had a time where you go for like MONTHS, and everything you wick the first time burns perfectly, you can do no wrong! Then all of a sudden, you can't wick ANYTHING right? GRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrr. I swear there are little mischevious candle fairies that occasionally sneak in in the middle of the night and switch all my wicks around! Do you guys have them too?

Hypothetically, for those who have tried many FO suppliers, if cost per lb and shipping were not a consideration, strictly quality (authentic scent, strong throw in natural wax) who would you buy from?

I am in the Tampa Bay area. Who are currently you getting you wax from, what kind of wax?

I use Joy and love it, and I am in Florida too! Yes, the shipping kills me, but I have tried other waxes, and for me, Joy is the best. I have also tested every kinda wick you can think of, including LX's. I have found the low smoke zinc burn the cleanest. No soot on the jar. I LOVE MY JOY WAX!

On a side note tho....I am venturing into feathered palm pillars. Anyone know what wicks work good with candlewic feathering palm?
