  1. I have the half round soap molds....thats made out of the hard green plastic...I made hot process soap...and I'm wondering for those who use this mold..how in the heck do you get the soap out of the mold???!!!????!!! without banging the mold on the counter..(cuz that doesnt really work either.)

This is the half round mold from Southern Garden Scents.

  2. Something else to keep in mind is your time...be prepared to be strapped to your store. 6 days a week...and if you dont have any one working for you that also means no lunch breaks.....

Also...the daycare you will have for your little one.

I have 5 kids I opened my own store...and thought oh....i will just have a playroom for the kids...well...it didnt always work out that way...its tough to run your own store and have your kids there....(i only had my youngest who was 4 there everyday)

i have been home now since Sept 6th of this year and I am soooooooooooo glad....while I do miss visiting with my customers daily.....They call me and place orders...But I LOVE being home!

anyway thats just my 2 cents!

  3. Thank you so much for the info. I have a wholesale acct at a winery for candles...well they would like me to incorporate grape seed oil into my bath products....just because it has to do with GRAPES!

lol so I thought I would try it but maybe not

    Thanks again

  4. Go to www.candlecauldron.com and look on the right side of the screen. There are some fundraising forms there in excel format. I have used those for years. Save to your hard drive and tweek it for your needs.

    It's easy to use.

Thanks Candlelady...but you did not understand the question. I already have a form............

I was asking what kind of paper people print their forms on.

    Thanks anyway.....

  5. I just had my forms printed for the first time. They were really affordable and I'm very pleased.

My only concern is that the paper I chose was glossy inside and out, I didn't realize that so I'm a little worried that the ink will rub off the inside (need to test this...)

Ohh yes...see this is what i am worried about.

So before when you printed them your self...what kind of paper did you use?

  6. I have my own fundraiser form that my husband helped me make a few years back....But Im wondering for those of you that do fundraisers...

    Do you....

    Print your own forms?

    OR

Do you have them printed for you?

What kind of paper do you use??

I usually print my own.....but the print shop I buy my paper from has closed....so now Im looking for a "good paper" that is right for fundraiser...

    Thanks for the info!
