Ingredient Labels for Soap & B&B products

Can anyone tell me what are the legal labeling requirements, if any, to identify the ingredients of soaps and any other B&B products that are to be sold so there are no repercussions if someone is allergic to an ingredient.

I checked those links out. And, they all have to do with the regulations on cosmetics. The regulations for soaps are not the same as they are for cosmetics.

I label all of my soaps with the ingredients because of allergies. You do not have to label them. Here is the link for soap.
