Depending on the size you could have someone do a high resolution graphic and then work with a local printer to you in order to make sure it is what you want. Depends if you want just a text banner or graphics on it.

I would look in your phone book under sign makers. Jiffy Sign, Sign-O Rama, etc. They all make banners too. Also, If you have Fedex/Kinkos in your area, they make banners.

I second signbar.com. They are very friendly and fast to work with. I got a proof once and decided I needed some different ideas. I emailed them back and asked if they could come up with some different banner ideas and they emailed me back 4-5 new ideas within a couple of hours. They print fast and mail quickly. They are much better pricing than the local stores in my opinion.
