a flower is not a flower pot is not a flower pot. :undecided As I found out tonight while making up some flower pot votives with wick pins for testing. 2 slid right out, and the others were truly stuck. After I finally melted them out I discovered I actually had 3 different flower pots. And only 1 seems to work with wick pins. Now to figure out where I got those 2 flower pots. My bo bo for the night.

Been there, done that, some have a lip on the inside to stop the wax from coming out.. so i fill those with container wax and leave it at that.

If you go into walmart and look, they usually have them all together, but some will be different sized.

really sucks if you are trying to fit it in the mold.

I haven't had the wick pin problem, but some won't fit in the mold at all. I bought them all at wallys. I buy them online now and they are all alike.

I've noticed the ones at michaels are a bit different from the wally ones. The michaels flower pots seem to be smaller.

I've been thinking about trying flower pot votives. Thanks for the info, I'll look for the ones without the lip. Who knew!
