candle screws

Tell what the candle screws are for and the plugs. If you have the pins do you still need these?

If you have wick pins, then you don't need the screws or plugs. Those are for use if you are prewicking a pillar, it helps to secure the wick. I never could get the darn things to work w/o leaking, so I prefer not to use them. HTH Portia
