fabulousfunfur
My aunt wants me to make soap specifically for her type of skin. This is what she asked me............What type of soap, if any, do you think would be good to use on my face. I have oily to normal skin and break out EASY. But I know the "professionals" say everyone should protect their skin with some kind of moisturizer. Everytime I do put a moisturizer on my face I break out. I have white kaolin clay I heard would be good to use.I'm thinking that superfatting my soap is not going to be a good idea with this kind of soap.....Should I just make castile soap with kaolin clay in it? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated..........
Spellkast
I actually use glycerin soap with kaolin clay in it, so I'm not sure about a castille, but I KNOW the clay absorbs oil and is WONDERFUL for oily skin. Hopefully someone who does CP can chime in, but you're definitely right for wanting to use the clay.
