Whats The Deal With Using Fruit Or Vegetable Purees/juices In Soap

Lets see, I've used carrot juice as 100% of the water, pumpkin, applesauce at trace.... can't remember what else I've tried. I've had some failures - the key is not using too much puree. Maybe a tablespoon or less per pound oils.. Mostly they will change the color of your soap to tan, at least the ones I've tried.
