Oceangazer1 Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I whipped this one up yesterday using the shea butter recipe, but subbing that for cocoa butter, as I wanted to make a chocolate soap. I used cocoa powder for color.I wanted to swirl and not make a solid chocolate to avoid really dark lather. I discounted the water because my hp bars just aren't getting hard enough for me even after 2 weeks or more. Talk about jamming balls of soap into your mold!! LOL!!Well...this is what I ended up with!! This looks almost identical to chocolate chip cookie dough...so that's the name. Quote
chrisinpa Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I like that! I think it looks great. Are you doing cphp or oven?I have been using 33% water when doing cphp. My bars take at least 3-4 weeks to get nice and hard. 2 months is even better. Quote
Kitn Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 they look great, it looks like a recipe I make with chocolate wafers and whipped cream, you put them in layers like that, it is so good. Quote
