Never ordered from SOS until October 4th. Received the (small) order today. Is their shipping always this slow or was it just a fluke?

You know it always seemed to take about a week to get here when I did order from them long ago. Even if you gave them two to three days to pack and ship, it still should have been there last week. Hope you're not stuck in the system, but you might want to call them if your package isn't there tomorrow.

Their website states current turnaround is 1-2 business days... If you ordered on the 4th, it should have gotten to you no later than last week.

When I have ordered from them, it took several days to get the order together to ship. When I didn't receive a shipping notice in the time they said, I emailed them and they let me know the order was on its way... But, in answer, yes, they have always been slow for me.

that's what I did last Thursday; called to inquire about the order. He was surprised they hadn't shipped. I think calling made a difference as I received it today.

Hope the 2 FOs I bought will be winners, not duds, lol.

Are there any SOS scents that you'd consider "must haves"?
