crayolabounce Posted September 30, 2011 Share Posted September 30, 2011 Now i'm not so sure.What I want to make is alcahol free oil based roll on perfume.I was about to purchase oil from JS but after an email exchange It would seem that those aren't the type of oils I should be looking for.If that is correct then what type of oil/supplier is best suited to my needs?
