Foaming Bath Butter and whipping it up

Question for those of you who use this. How long does it take you to whip it up to double the volume? I have been using this and whipping for only few minutes, but read in one of the recipes posted here to whip it 10 minutes.

Does it take that long to really whip the FBB good? If so then all this time I thought I may have over beaten it when I haven't whipped it long enough.

I don 't think it took me 10 minutes to get it whipped up, I would say within 5 minutes and even less. But, I never had the timer on while doing this so it's hard to say but I think I would remember anything longer than 5 minutes.

I didn't think it took that long, but...................I haven't timed either. I try to watch it volume wise vs time wise.

JMO, if you got it from Kangaroo Blue, don't whip it like they say for 15 minutes, it will fall flat. About 5 minutes is enough. It's chaeaper at The Chemistry Store.

Thank you! I get mine from Florida Soap Supplies. I have always had good luck with whipping it in the shorter amount of time, but you know, once in a while you read something and it makes you second guess yourself.
