Lorrie
I bought a little bit of this to test out and I was wondering if you could give me a starting point for wicking a 3 inch in diameter pillar. Thanks
SatinDucky
I don't know that wax, but most paraffin isn't that different. A good starting point would be same size wick as you'd use in any other 3" pillar. Maybe 24 or 30 ply flat, or a #1/0 square braid, any of them in that size range. As good of a starting point as any...
Lorrie
Thanks. I haven't worked with Pariffin so I thought that I would ask.
SatinDucky
Hmm.. I don't know if those types are mainly used in just paraffin since that's all I do. I'm sure some of the other types would work too, but I couldn't guess what size. What kinds of wicks do you have on hand? Maybe someone who uses a different type will pop in. Scented
Depends on what kind of wicks you have. Stick one in the wax and test it. There are starting point suggestions on all supplier sites that I've seen. I guess maybe they're wrong.
