EnvyCandles
I was a given a few cases of small apothecary jars and old fashioned lids with handles (rust colored). I already use the jars but currently with flat glass lids with plastic fitments. These old fashioned lids do not have any fitments on them. The fit is pretty good, but considering there is not a plastic, airtight seal, how would this affect the CT? And has anyone had experience with them being difficult to come off? They are cute and a lot more rustic than I normally work with, but they were free! Thoughts?
Candybee
I've used the black ones without the fitment on my apothecary jars. No problems with the ct. But did have problems with some of them not coming off the jars very easily. In one case I struggled so hard to get the top off the handle came off one side and was ruined. Never used them again.
