Goat Milk MP Soap - coconut oil & allergies

I searched the base, and couldn't find an answer to this so I thought I'd check with you guys for some help. I have purchased our Goat Milk Soap base from WSP, Aztec and The Chemistry Store. I have a customer that is allergic to nuts and also soy, but don't have any concerns for the soy in the bases. However, Aztec's has deodorized coconut oil listed in the ingredient (below). It's my understanding that coconut is not actually a nut, but a fruit. If that's the case, this would be a safe base, right?

The ingredients are Deodorized Coconut Oil, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium, Myristate, Sodium, Laurate, Sodium, Stearate, Glycerin, Sodium, Laureth Sulfate, Sucrose, Propylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide,Triethanolamine, DMDMHydantoin (preservative), Aqua (Purified Water), Goat Milk
