What would/do you sell your tarts for to local stores?

So I am going to go to a few local shops in my area to see if they would be interested in purchasing my tarts. Should I charge by the tart or by quantities of 50 or 100? I would really like to get 0.75 for each tart but is that overstretching it, asking for too much? This is new to me. I have had some customers buy from me and say that they are really good - last a long time. Any ideas about any of this? Thanks so much.
