Judy, USMC Posted November 15, 2010 Share Posted November 15, 2010 I know my state (NC) has a specific form that needs to be filled out for taxes that needs to have their original signature on it.I recommend you establish what the minimum $ amount is for getting wholesale prices. I recommend that all first orders be prepaid. I get a credit card number and charge it when shipped. Once established (after 4 orders) and if I am very comfortable with them, I will offer them net 60 or net 90 but only do this on a case-by-case basis.
