Questions about shrink wrapping/cigar bands and scent question

OK, this is probably a really dumb question, but here goes. You shrink wrap on top of the cigar band, right, so it protects the label?

Also, I want to carry an orange-type soap. I have orange vanilla cream(WSP), Satsuma (SW) and orange-cranberry (JS). Which one do you think would sell the best? (I'm also going to carry vanilla grapefruit (WYW/BCN) and coconut lime verbena (RE)).
