slow cooker for melting wax

Recommended Posts

I have a older model slow cooker that I use for my 4794, votive wax, it has two settings. High gets it at around 195 and low is around 150. It will hold about 2 1/2 pounds of wax. I love it and use it all the time. HTH.

Oh and to answer your questions, the newer models do have a better temp. gauge then the older ones. I am sure it will be fine on high to use to melt the wax.
