I had several fragrance orders to do on Friday and realized on Saturday that I had forgotten to order one of our customer's faves, Mulberry Madness, from Cajun Candle Supply.

I emailed them last night, asking if they could add it to our order, but didn't really think they would be able to.

Received an email this morning that he would take care of it for me and if I don't receive a confirmation email by noon, email him back and he would check to make sure it was added.

What great customer service - an email on SUNDAY, no less!
