Is cocoa butter supposed to be crumbly?

I've made a couple batches of M&P soap and added some refined, deodorized cocoa butter I bought from EBC. I also have shea butter which is softer and easier to work with. The cocoa butter is pretty hard and difficult to get out of the container. It crumbles when I try to scoop it out. Is this normal, or did I get an old batch or something?

I hope that you like your cocoa butter in your finished soap! I have never used deodorized cocoa butter before. I just love that chocolate smell. It is my favorite butter rumbles and all. It takes longer to melt, but that is no big deal.
