DelphicScorpion
Sorry, I know there must be a few posts like this, but I tried the search feature and it wasn't helping. So... What is overwicking and what is underwicking?Which one makes your candle explode? I was reading some posts on here talking about overwicked candles exploding and I just want to avoid that, haha. ah-soy
Overwicking = candle burning too fast, jar getting way too hot, too tall of flame that may puff soot, burning off fragrance too quickly etc.Underwicking = candle never reaching full melt pool even as it reaches the bottom of the jar. Weak throw, sometimes puny flame etc.
