Gbhunter
Is mixing soy and parafin a good idea? I mean can one create a blend that way or will I just end up with a mess?
TxSioux
That's what you're getting when you buy a para soy blend. The 1st one I used was 70 soy - 30 paraffin. By the time I finished I was at 30 soy - 70 paraffin. That's when I knew I had really gotten tired of working w/ soy. LOL Susan.

topofmurrayhill
It depends on what kind of paraffin you're talking about and for what purpose. Last I heard, you were using plain paraffin to make pillar candles, but maybe you're working on other things as well. If you post what you have in mind, people might have some more specific advice.
