adillenal
I think your study proves my belief that the FO makes more of a difference in the color of my GM soap than oils or temperature of the milk etc. Thanks for sharing

8-GRAN-ONES
that is why, unless you check the soap review board, and find the fo you are wanting to soap, and see what the reviews say about it...just make up a batch and do 3oz samples...and test them...there were not many of these fo's i have pictured on the review board..so i wanted to see what they would do..and then to see how they do with GM..anytime you have a fo. with alot of vanilla, you can almost know for certain that it will turn dark..i have used VS..and i personally don't like it in any soap i have made..to my nose it changed the smell...and to me it changes the texture of my soap..so if i really like that fo..i just have brown soap...edited to say...out of all the soaps pictured..there is only 2 that i would probably make soap with....that is BitterCreek..Dogwood..and berts Snow Fairy.. TexasBrat
You forgot to mention how the Coconut lime smells? That's the one that sounds yummy to me.I have my goats milk in the fridge right now after being in the freezer all night. I used WSP's coconut mango and am hoping it turned out fine.
