ah-soy
Firefly those bars are beautiful! What type of mold is that you're using? I'm still at the shoebox stage and am thinking about buying a mold or two.
Firefly
ah-soy,Thanks, it's a custom Soaphutch mold and it has quite a few different pieces that make it a three log mold, a slab mold and a divider mold. Then I have several dividers I can add to make certain sizes. Plus I can make any size of log I want with certain inserts. I started off with cheaper plastic molds and saved up money to get one like this. I used to drool over everyone else's molds.

Country Magic
Great colours and swirls on your soaps. Now I will have to check out the place where you purchased your mold. Sounds very versatile.

I would rather have a number of choices to choose from cause although I may like the mold I have from another company, I might like something else if I knew the dimensions. Firefly
Thanks everyone. What I dislike is you must make a custom mold. I would rather have a number of choices to choose from cause although I may like the mold I have from another company, I might like something else if I knew the dimensions.Carol,Rich does have standard molds (at least he did at one point) but I wanted something very specific and versatile so that I could have the option to make small batches and also larger ones when necessary. He can do whatever you want size wise. The standard is usually 3.5L x 2.25W but everyone has their own version of a standard bar. My customers don't like a bar that is too wide or high. soapbuddy
Rich at SoapHutch can make you a multipurpose mold with dividers or dams, so you can make small or larger soap batches.
