If the Germaben normally works in your application and is not old, I'd look at temps. If that isn't the case, I'd go back over your percentages and make sure those are right. What about your e-wax? I know I've gotten some from two different suppliers and both have given me a different texture to the end result. I don't know, just trying to thow in some extra ideas that might lead you to your solution. Hope you figure it out!! That would be so frustrating.
