ah-soy Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 General rule of thumb for skin contact FO's is 1 to 3%. I would start with 1% and let it sit overnight - fo's can take awhile to "bloom" in a base. If you start with 3% you may find it is way too strong.Each fo is different. 1% of one may be too light, while 1% of another may be strong.
