Jokerjen
When I don't have the actual receipts, I use the ones off of paypal....

LuminousBoutique
yeah just print the paypal. There are some suppliers that dont send receipts either so you have to print the email confirmation or so on... In fact, I need to do that this weekend, I just hate using up all that ink. blah! Kitn
I print the paypal receipt and in the notes box I always type what I bought and the shipping cost, sometimes it isn't very clear what was purchased or what the shipping cost was.
mparadise
I print the paypal and a copy of the PM showing the items purchased and the total so I have something to match up.
ah-soy
I just participated in sockmonkeys M&P co-op and love how she did the invoicing. Instead of requesting money be sent to her PayPal addy, she sent an actual invoice through PayPal with itemized details. This also provides a link for you to pay, and generates a shipping option for her to just click and print the shipping label.Anyway, this generates an automatic invoice for the buyer:cheesy2:
