I received the fo and it smells sooooo different,I even compared it to the original sniffee-they are similar but not the same. I have left messages with the supplier but no call yet maybe tomorrow. I just wondered if this ever happened to anyone and what was done? They already sent the correct formulation out to me and a call tag for free shipping back on the bad one.Now thats the kind of customer service that will keep me purchasing from them!
