ladysj
I was able to find my candy molds so I like these alot better than the clamshell shapes. I was trying to get gold & red layers on the palm pillar but was I ever surprised at the finished product. I still think it came out kind of neat even though you can't see any of the gold. The pic does give it some gold highlights. Thanks for looking Edited November 9, 2009 by ladysj
FireStarter
I love that pillar!!! That is absolutely gorgeous! The mini tarts are adorable too! Great job! I can't wait till I start playing with pillars. I currently just do containers, still testing.
deb426
Cute cup of tarts. I love your pillar. And the best part of it is that I don't make pillars and I don't use palm wax so I can just look and enjoy without thinking about how to do it . KWIM? Desertrose
Both look great! Love the pillar, the colours and effect are very eye catching!I saw some cute mugs the other day and thought of your idea. Are you selling them? Will you be wrapping the mug in cellophane? We are having some trouble keeping our little palm wax sample melts that we keep out in the open on our market stall. They seem to be losing fragrance being unwrapped. Everytime I see a nice container in which to put melts I come to a stand still because I know I'd probably have to package it in cellophane and it's just one more thing I really don't want to have to buy at this point.Tracy
