miniiB
I searched on this forum and google and seem to have no luck in finding out this question. When making body butters is there a certain metal tin (tin jars) you have to use.. or does it even matter?? I heard something that they may rust over time if body butter is put into them and i just want to make sure they are Body butter approved before i make my purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Scent Cellar
It's better to use anything OTHER than metal as the fragrance oils react badly with metal.

Loulougirl
I've used small tins for cuticle balm, with essential oils. Maybe that's the diff. It worked just fine, course I made it just for me and used it up fairly quickly. lol
miniiB
well the reason i asked is because i was making butter today.. which im going to try and post pics in the gallery. I onnly had tins and i have been in a need to make something. I put some butter in the tins anyways since these are just for me.. so ill see how it works, i used regular FO's
